Kid-Friendly Ham & Cheese Quesadilla

How do you elevate a classic kids favorite? Try our spin-off of a ham and cheese sandwich. Swap the bread for Ohla’s gluten-free, grain-free tortilla. This is my girl’s favorite lunch staple and pairs well with seasonal fruit and Ch!pOhla!’s! To make it, you will need:

Diced Honey ham 

Shredded cheese (we prefer sharp cheddar, but any kind of cheese will do) 

2 Ohla! Almond Flour Tortillas 

Avocado oil spray


  • Heat a nonstick skillet and spray with avocado oil spray 
  • Once the skillet is hot, place one Ohla! tortilla in the pan 
  • Add the diced ham and shredded cheese to the tortilla and spread out evenly 
  • Place the second tortilla on top and cook for 30-45 seconds per side on medium heat  
  • Once cooked cut into triangles and serve!
