Greek Veggie Salad with Ch!pOhla!’s

Looking for something fresh, healthy and simple?  A way to sneak in those vegetables, but also something satisfying and delicious. Look no further. Ohla’s Greek Salad is refreshing and so easy to make! It’s good anytime of year, but even better in summer when veggies are at their peak. To make it, you will need: 

2 medium cucumbers, diced 

1 cup of roma tomatoes, diced

¼ cup of red onion, finely chopped

8 kalamata olives, sliced 

¼ cup of olive oil

1 lemon, juiced and zested 

½ tsp of oregano 

salt and pepper to taste 

¼ cup of feta cheese, crumbled

  • In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and olives together

  • Add the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano and salt and pepper and toss well

  • Top with feta cheese and gently toss to combine. If dairy-free, omit the feta cheese

  • Cover and refrigerate before serving 

  • Eat as a salad with a side of Ohla! Almond Flour Ch!pOhla!’s or treat this salad as a dip and use the ChipOhla’s to dip and enjoy a crunch with every bite!
